FFL Field Ops is an operations and recordkeeping companion for the owner of an existing licensed-business organization account. Each organization is limited to one owner account and one FFL Field Ops user.
What the mobile app supports
The owner can record post-receipt details for an item the organization has already physically received, review inventory, perform physical inventory audits, and manage gunsmith work orders.
The screen labeled Record received firearm supports record entry after physical receipt. It records an acquisition classification and may record optional internal historical cost/price values for the organization's own records. Those fields do not publish a listing or offer, quote or negotiate a consumer transaction, match buyers and sellers, accept payment, provide checkout, or execute a transfer or disposition.
No firearm commerce or mobile purchasing
FFL Field Ops does not publish firearm or ammunition listings or advertisements, broker consumer transactions, match buyers and sellers, accept firearm or ammunition payments, provide consumer checkout, or execute purchases, transfers, or dispositions. It does not provide a consumer marketplace.
The store-distributed mobile app is access-only. It contains no subscription purchase, checkout, upgrade, or billing-management controls.
Verification remains your responsibility
Camera, OCR, barcode, PDF417, and autofill results are suggestions. The owner must verify physical firearm markings, original documents, customer details, the selected organization and location, and every proposed record before saving or sending it.
FastBound remains authoritative for records sent to a connected FastBound account. A local draft, queued request, cached screen, notification, or app confirmation is not proof that an external record was accepted.
